FAQ
HOW TO ORDER
Simply send us an email with your enquiry along with your design. We will then email you a quote ASAP. If you are happy to proceed, we will email you a payment request which is payable by Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal. Once payment is received we will begin printing your order.
EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS
All of our stickers are printed using the latest in large format digital printing. As well as this we also use the best permanent adhesive vinyl currently available on the market, topped with an additional clear laminate coating (gloss or matte). This ensures that your stickers not only look Rad but are 100% weatherproof, scratch resistant & very long lasting.
Note: Having your stickers laminated is extremely important and a lot of companies unfortunately will skip this process. Don't be fooled!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We mail all of our orders with Australia Post using their overnight Express Service. Delivery time from placement of order is usually 3-5 business days, although this is only an estimate. Turnaround times can vary slightly from week to week.
QUANTITY
The minimum quantity we currently print per design is 50 stickers. That applies for individual stickers and sticker sheets.
PRICING
All prices are based on size only (height x width) which means that we don't charge extra for die-cutting nor the amount of colours in the design.
ARTWORK
If you supply a drawing or painting then a high res png or jpg file is ideal. Please keep in mind that your artwork will only print as good as the files we have been supplied. The better quality the file is, the better the end result will be. For any vector artwork containing text (specific fonts) these must first be 'converted to paths' before saving and sending to us. This can be done by ‘Left Clicking’ on the text to select it, followed by ‘Right Clicking’ once and selecting the option ‘create outlines’ from the drop down menu. (This will avoid any unexpected font changes when opening your file at our end).
CMYK or RGB?
Your artwork can be setup as either CMYK or RGB, but keep in mind we only use CMYK inks so there may be slight colour shifts with artwork containing RGB colours.
BLEED
Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sticker will be trimmed. In other words, the bleed is the area to be trimmed off. Bleed needs to be added to artwork when a design runs off the edge of the sticker. We ask for 3mm bleed on all edges (this should equal to 6mm on the overall size of your sticker).
STICKER SHEETS
The minimum quantity for sticker sheets is 50 sheets per design, and the maximum size is A5 (210x148mm). Regarding artwork we will need cut lines included when supplying your design (which involves a .25pt stoke line around each individual design on the sticker sheet).
APPLICATION
To get the very best from your stickers we recommend you first clean the surface to which you will be applying them to. Any dust or grime should be removed as this will lessen the life of your sticker dramatically. Clean the surface with a dry or damp rag and allow to dry. Then apply your sticker and enjoy for years to come.
